For most items (unless specified otherwise in the item description), shipping charges are based on actual charges from the selected carrier. We do not add a handling fee to our orders. Shipping charges are calculated and charged during the check-out process so that you know exactly what you are paying at the time of your purchase.

Our current shipping options are:

United Parcel Service (UPS)
United States Postal Service (USPS)

UPS is usually the most cost effective option and is the default selection during the checkout process. Products shipped UPS will have tracking data available while products shipped via USPS will not. It is also important to note that USPS is going to be the slowest delivery method and may take up to 21 days for delivery.

When an item is shipped, an e-mail is sent out to the address provided along with tracking information (if available) for the order.

Many items at Spring Hill Merchant offer free shipping. For these items the shipping method is at the discretion of Spring Hill Merchant and will generally be USPS.
